  • If your child doesn’t improve by 10% (relative to their starting marks) after 10 weeks, we keep tutoring them for free until they do as long as they attend all sessions and complete all work we provide.

  • mprovement is measured using either a comparable school assessment or a diagnostic test provided by us. It must be in the same subject area and of similar difficulty. The improvement is calculated as a relative increase based on the starting mark.
    For example, if your child starts at 50 percent, the target is 55 percent. This is not about perfect scores but clear, measurable progress.

  • To be eligible:

    • Your child must start with a mark between 30 and 70 percent

    • You must follow our recommended tutoring schedule without skipping sessions

    • Homework must be completed consistently

    • The student must attend all sessions and engage actively
      If these conditions are met and the improvement is not achieved, we will continue to tutor for free until the improvement is made.
